EQ2 Classes, EverQuest 2 Classes
Players can choose between two different EverQuest 2 Classes - the Artisan and Adventurer class. The Adventurer Classes finds items and money though fighting monsters versus the Artisan Classes which use tradeskills to find the money and items.
Since the game’s economy has to remain balanced, both or equally hard to play.
There are four EverQuest 2 Adventure Classes or archetypes – Mage, Scout, Priest, and Fighter. When players first start playing the game, they choose their archetype and at level 10, can choose a character and a sub-class at level 20.
If you choose to get a tradeskill profession for your character that is separate from your adventuring profession, you get to pick between a Craftsman, Outfitter, or Scholar. Like your Adventure Class, your tradeskill or Artisian professions advance at level 10 and 20.
